Following Gorse Hall’s ‘Good’ grading in Ofsted in 2014, one of the areas for development, to get us to ‘Outstanding’ was to continue with all the work undertaken by working with parents. During the last 18 months Staff, Governors and the PTA have worked tirelessly towards the Leading Parent Partnership Award and in recognition of all that the school have achieved they have been awarded our Blue Flag and Commendation. The verifier commented on several strengths of the school’s approach to working with parents:
