Todays discoveries
I have suddenly gained a deep respect for newspaper delivery people and postmen. I wish I had used the stepper I bought last year a little more I wish I have used the exercise bike I was bought at Christmas a little more There are some great folks in our towns who are really excited something is happening.
Aching feet, tired legs. Time for a cup of tea.
